ADDRESSING THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Citizens who wish to address the Board of Trustees during the open forum portion of the meeting may do so by sending a written request to the Superintendent’s office. Requests can be sent to Mary Anne McWhirter at email@example.com or mailed to:

The request needs to include:
- Your Name
- Your Address
- Your Phone Number
- Topic Being Addressed
To Speak at a Board Workshop:
The request needs to be received in the Superintendent’s office no later than 4:30 p.m. on the day prior to the Board Workshop. Comments are limited to workshop agenda items only.
The Community Input portion of the Board Workshop is held at the beginning of the meeting.
To Speak at a Board Meeting:
The request needs to be received in the Superintendent's office no later than 6:30 p.m. on the day of the regular monthly meeting. Comments are limited to three minutes per speaker. If, however, a translator is needed – a member of the public will be given six minutes to speak on their topic of concern.
Citizens who wish to speak to the Board during the open forum portion of the meeting may come to the Board Room prior to 6:30 p.m. the day of the regular monthly meeting and complete a brief form requesting that opportunity.
The regular meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. and open forum comments will be heard prior to action items at the beginning of the Board meeting. No action will be taken at the meeting, however, the matter may be referred to the Superintendent for review.
