Transcript Request Process

    ★  OFFICIAL transcripts must be requested from the Registrar. The Registrar is located

    in the front office.

     

    ★  Students must complete and submit Transcript Request Form for each transcript needed.

     

      Please allow up to 5 school days from the date submitted to fulfill transcript requests.

  • OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

    ★    Colleges/universities will only accept official transcripts

     

    ★    Sent directly from Registrar to the designated recipient (electronically or by mail)

     

    ★    Official transcripts to be picked up will be presented in a sealed envelope (Opened envelopes are no longer considered official)

  • UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

    ★    For personal use only - not intended to be shared with (and will not be accepted by) college/universities


    ★    Available on student Skyward account to review and print at anytime

     

    ★    In mobile version, click 3 lines in upper right corner to find Attachments, then search for transcript needed (updated and posted in June and Feb only)

    SENIORS Applying to College


    ★     Be sure to include your counselor’s email address when using a college application platform such as Common Application, SendEdu, or Coalition Application. 

    Counselors can upload your transcript directly to these portals. (If using Apply Texas, students must request an OFFICIAL transcript by completing the above form.)


    ★     UNOFFICIAL transcripts can be used to complete parts of college application process (ex: SRAR - self-reported academic record)
