A little about me -

I am originally from South Texas - Corpus Christi, but after I have lived in Alvin for 14 years now,  and I believe this is my second home. 

My immediate family is small; yet, they hold powerful roots implanted in my heart.

One daughter who has brought my wonderful treasure - my grandson, a hearty, energetic boy on the verge of conquering the world. 

I enjoy working, reading, and life.  I am a dancer, crafter, and dreamer.

My classroom is upbeat, energetic, and challenging characterized  with a firm belief in high expectations, structure, and accountability for learning.

Alright, now that I have your attention the truth is my passion for teaching ignites in my classroom.

I value every second of learning time in a classroom, and often I am CRITICIZED by my students for not enjoying down time. 

I expect a lot and I value education. 

In a nutshell, I love life and enjoy being part of a student's life!
