Hello!  My name is Julia Haskins and I am the Director of Premier Academy at Pomona Elementary.  I have been a certified teacher and educator for the past 22 years.  Throughout these years, I have enjoyed an array of assignments ranging from 2nd - 6th grade in Clear Creek ISD, Alvin ISD and Pearland ISD.  Working with Alvin ISD, I was given the opportunity to begin teaching in an inclusive classroom.  Through working with my Inclusion classes, I realized that my true passion was to help children reach their potential by developing the whole child.  Six years ago, I transitioned to working with Communities In Schools which allowed me to utilize my teaching experience to develop engaging afterschool programs focused on academics, enrichment and social emotional learning.  I encourage you to explore our page and hope to welcome you and your child into the Premier Academy family.
