AP Test Registration
Important Dates
- August 17, 2022 - Registration for AP tests begins on the Total Registration website. All registration for AP exams MUST be done through Total Registration, then through the College Board, in that order.
- November 1, 2022 - Registration for AP exams ENDS, all payments are due. See the Advanced Academics Specialist on your campus for late registration procedures.
- November 11, 2022 - Last day to CANCEL registration for full year and fall semester courses without incurring a $40.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation must be done through My AP AND Total Registration.
- November 11, 2022 - Late registration FEE of $40.00 BEG

*All fees are imposed by the College Board.
Payments
- Students are responsible for paying $40.00 per AP exam. Students who are eligible for the free/reduced lunch program will pay a discounted rate of $20.00 per exam.
- Parents/guardians/students make payments for AP exams through Total Registration using a credit or debit card.
- Partial payments may be made. Minimum payment is $40 and will incur a $2.75 non-refundable processing fee for each partial payment.
- Payment by check or money order is not recommended, and Alvin ISD is not responsible for lost or late payments.
- Check or money order payments are sent to Total Registration by the registrant, not by the campus, and must be received by October 29, 2021.
Home School Students
Please contact the Advanced Academics Specialist at your zoned campus for details concerning AP testing on or before November 11, 2022 to ensure AP exams are ordered. Please keep in mind that you will have to register for AP exams in Total Registration by November 11, 2022 and payment must be made through Total Registration by November 11, 2022.

SAT SCHOOL DAY EXAM
Test Date - March 1, 2023 & April 23, 2023
All juniors are able to register for a FREE SAT School Day exam! Registration ends on January 6, 2023. Contact the Advanced Academics Specialist at your high school campus for more information.

PSAT 8/9 and PSAT NMSQT EXAM
Test Date - October 12, 2022
- 8th Grade-PSAT 8/9 (8th Grade Mini-Lessons)
- 9th Grade-PSAT 8/9 (9th Grade Mini-Lessons)
- 10th and 11th Grade-PSAT/NMSQT (10th/11th Grade Mini-Lessons)
- Eighth through eleventh grade students will take the PSAT 8/9 or PSAT/NMSQT on October 12, 2022. Please contact your campus Advanced Academics Specialist for more information.
- Eleventh (11th) grade home school students should contact their zoned high school for registration information. September 14, 2022 is the deadline for registration of home school students, as this is three business days prior to the College Board deadline for changing exam orders.

8th Grade College Board Registration/Score Report Information
- Students can register for a College Board account. See Mini-Lesson #3 in the Slide Decks below for more information on how to register for a College Board account.
