  • Transcript Request Form

    If you need an official transcript (sealed and mailed directly from the Registrar):
      * Students must request a transcript in writing using the form (link above).

      * Transcript requests will be fulfilled within 5 school days from when request was turned in.

      * If you are sending a request by email, it must include your signed form (scanned as an attachment). Please be sure to include your (student) name and ID# in the subject line.

  • Senior Year (Fall): Letters of Recommendation




    Letters of recommendation are usually required when applying to colleges, scholarships and/or summer programs. You will want to choose people who know you well and have time (HINT: Give your recommender at least 2 weeks advance notice!) to write about who you are as a student and an individual. 


    Click here to select and complete your counselor's Recommendation Form. For a hard copy, click on the link above. Save it to your computer and start filling it out now (typed!) so it's ready to hand over to your chosen recommenders. The more information they have, the better your letter will be!
