    Welcome Longhorns!

    I am Mrs. Washington, this is my  7th year teaching at Nolan Ryan Junior High School.  I am a native of Baton Rouge, La, and absolutely love Cajun food.  My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family, my husband and two children. We enjoy sports, traveling and fun moments of simply entertaining ourselves.

    It is my goal to provide all students with a structured, challenging, yet FUN environment in our classroom. I have high expectations of all students that are within reach of their potential and from that I will not waver.
