    Understand that gravity is the force that governs the motion of our solar system.

    Describe the history and future of space exploration, including the types of equipment and transportation needed for space travel.

    Planetary Motion Reading and Worksheet.
    1.)Click on the link (in blue) and read Planetary Motion.
    2.)Go to my table and pick up Are You Reading About Planetary Motion? worksheet. It will say DIY #9       at the top. Complete the worksheet using the Planetary Motion article. This is what the worksheet looks like.    Planetary Motion Worksheet
    3.) When you have completed the worksheet, show me and I will allow you to use my answer key to check your answers.
    4.) After you have checked and corrected your answers, fold your paper in half, put glue on the paper where it is blank and glue to the next CLEAN RIGHT SIDE page in your Science Notebook.

    3.)Once on the PhET website, you must click on the Java button (looks like a coffee mug) and then click run for the program to work. 
    4.)Using the website, READ and answer all of the questions from the packet. Must follow step-by-step instructions.
    5.) Use the answer key to check your answers. Make any necessary corrections.
    6.) Fold in half and glue entire packet into your Science Notebook.
