Parents Please Note: In order to volunteer or go on field trips, you have to register with Alvin ISD. It can take up to 10 days to be approved, so please do it as soon as possible. The background check is good for 5 years.

Hours of Operation
Office Hours:7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.7:45 a.m.-3:30 p.m.Students who miss any part of the instructional day will need to notify our registrar in writing within 3 school days of the absence. We will not be having visitors at this time. Please continue to check back for updates.
Morning Drop Off
For safety, please have your child get out on the right side of the car. If your child needs assistance, you may get out and assist them, but please assist them on the right side near the curb.
Identification:
When we are accepting visitors again, all visitors must check in through our front office and will be required to leave their driver's license or other form of photo identification with our front office staff.
You will recieve a visitor badge to enter the building.
Please return the visitor badge and pick up your ID before leaving campus.
Volunteers:
In order to volunteer with our students, including field trips and other campus events, you must complete a volunteer background check. Please contact our office to find out how you can volunteer at EC Mason.

Attendance
Regular school attendance is crucial for student learning. Absences can disrupt the student’s ability to master skills and concepts taught in class. Parents and students need to make every effort to be on time and in school daily.
Alvin ISD requires written documentation for absences.
