I grew up in Fort Bend and went to Sam Houston for a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice but a few years later returned for another degree in English Language Arts and Reading with a Minor in Secondary Education. My education and outside research also includes the fields of Psychology, Philosophy, and Political Sciene. I taught 6th and 7th grade English Language Arts at Nolan Ryan Junior High for a few years before coming to Manvel High School. I have taught here for several years and strive to spread an independent and disciplined mindset in my students. My classes will use Reading and Writing skills to work together in challenging and engaging material so students may be ready for future challenges.
