My name is Mrs. Sauter. This is my 26th year in education.  I received my degree from Loyola University in New Orleans.  I taught school for many years in New Orleans before moving home to Texas.  I recently received my Masters of Administration at Concordia University. Prior to coming to Alvin, I taught school in Clear Creek ISD.  I am married and have three children.  Our family is big supporters of Lousiana State University and the Tigers!  My oldest son, Daniel just graduated from LSU and is now working.  My other son, Jonathan is a junior at LSU.  My daughter, Sarah does home school courses and is hoping to start college coursework soon.  I am excited about the new school year because I am teaching science.  I love hands on learning and having fun with lessons.  My hope is that my students see that science is fun and interesting.  I am looking forward to presenting my students with many new challenges as I help prepare them for fifth grade.
