2305 CONTRACTED SERVICES - Alvin Independent School District will be accepting sealed REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS for CONTRACTED SERVICES.  Packets may be submitted up to but no later than THURSDAY, APRIL 13, 2023 @ 1:30 P.M. for consideration. Under the guidelines of the Texas School Law, any item(s) or services purchased with regards to a total aggregate in any given category over $50,000 will be competitively bid.  Alvin ISD is seeking a Request for Proposal for our 2305 CONTRACTED SERVICES under a one (1) year beginning the date the RFP is awarded by the board, with the option to renew for an additional two (2) year term if all parties are in agreement for a NON-EXCLUSIVE AWARD.  A Non-Exclusive contract is one by which multiple vendors may be designated as vendors for the services covered under the terms of the contract for the duration of said contract.  A NON-EXCLUSIVE AWARD is not a guarantee of purchase or use for any services or products.

2305 BASIC LIFE INSURANCE AND AD&D COVERAGE RFP-  ALVIN ISD is now accepting sealed proposals directed to Donnie Marek, Executive Director of Risk Management, 301 E House Street, Alvin Texas 77511, for  # 2305 BASIC LIFE INSURANCE AND AD&D COVERAGE RFP-   for three (3) years beginning September 1, 2023 contingent on the bid proposal awarded by the board, with the option to renew for one - two (1-2) additional years if all parties are in agreement.  Proposals accepted up to, but no later than MONDAY, APRIL 10, 2023 at 2:00PM for consideration.

All returned proposals must be sealed and clearly marked as listed above and returned to Alvin ISD, Attn:  Donnie Marek, Executive Director of Risk Management, 301 E.
