I was born in Rochester, New York and moved to Houston when I was 7.  I lived in the Sagemont Area and graduated from Dobie High School in 1988.  I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and a specialization in Early Childhood from the University of Houston – Clear Lake in 1998.  My teaching career started right here at Hood-Case teaching Kindergarten!  I started teaching August 1998.

My husband, Marc, and I have 4 boys, Austin 29, Jaden 17, and twins, Conner and Harrison, 15.   I enjoy traveling, camping and spending time with my family.
