Three Alvin High School students are among the 52 finalists that have been awarded a drawing session at the Glassell School (Musuem of Fine Arts, Houston).  For this contest, students had a maximum of 50 minutes in which draw a figure from life or an arrangements of objects. 

The following students from Alvin High School have been awarded this opportunity for the Glassell School session and possible scholarships to the Western Art Academy in Kerrville:
