MONDAY, APRIL 1st (no fooling)
Thanks for your willingness to help Texas HOSA at our annual state conference and competition! You will find important information in the attached forms below. These forms include:
1. Letter of invitation to potential judges describing the event categories, expectations of judges, and compensation policies.
2. Tentative schedule of events (times are set but room assignments are subject to change)
3. Judge Registration Form
***Once you have accepted an event to judge, you will receive a packet of information specific to your event that gives specific directions to the event and information on the judging criteria by Monday, April 8th. If you fail to receive this information by that date, please contact me.
Additionally, I have set up a FACEBOOK group to post up to date information and an automatic email and/or text blast reminder. You will receive information on these options in your judges information packet after registering.
